Here is my translation of verse 5
Because he will hide me in his tabernacle-- in a day of evil
He will conceal me in the shelter of his tent; on a rock, he will lift me up!
Notice that the word "tabernacle" is סכה, or "sukkah". The festival of that name is just after Yom Kippur, or Day of Atonement.
Also the shoresh similarity with "he will conceal me" and "in the shelter" סתר
The beauty of the Hebrew language just loses something in translation, no matter how you look at it.
