lo tasooROO yaMEEN oos'MOHL
לֹא = lo means "not" or "no" here used to negate the following verb:
תָסֻרוּ = tasooROO means "you will turn aside" it can also mean "you will remove"
יָמִין = yaMEEN means "right" "south" or to the "right hand" (interesting note, when facing east, as we do for the Shema, the south is to our right)
וּשְׂמֹאל = oos'MOHL is two words: "and" (the prefix vav) & "left"
These words are from Devarim chapter 5:28 and are speaking of how Israel was to keep, (or guard and DO, literal translation) that which Elohim commanded, and not to turn aside to the left or right.
